Coroplast

Coroplast is a brand name of corrugated plastic, a material that’s more resistant than the traditional cardboard box. Coroplast is water resistant and creates a foolproof effect thanks to its robust nature, which makes it more durable for shipping.

There is no need for additional external straps or fasteners because new boxes of coroplast meet the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) drop and shake standards, and is suitable for many types of bikes.

What’s even more special about the coroplast box is that it contains an internal system that doesn’t let the bike hit the corners, as it is intentionally designed to fit bikes with wider tires and maintain the good conditions during long travels. Also, do not worry about FedEx and UPS size restrictions, as it meets them all, as well as the inch shipping size limit (330 cm/ 130).

It is important to highlight that it may not be useful FOR ALL bikes, as coroplast boxes don’t fit bikes with colossal frames, long travel forks or wide tires.

Cardboard

Cardboard boxes are the first option of many due to its cheap price and incredibly practical use.

Like coroplast boxes, cardboard ones can also offer robust protection. A single-wall cardboard construction and three-ply corners are what you’ll find when choosing your box, which is resistant, durable, and also has an internal system that keeps bikes from hitting the corners.

External straps and fasteners make up a self-locking design that will keep your bike safe at all costs. If you choose the cardboard box you don’t have to worry about the size, as all boxes are made to ship bikes with wider tires. Rest assured your bike WILL FIT.

The cardboard shipping box is perfect for all kinds of bikes and also includes an Assortment of Frame Fork and Frame Spacers, as well as Bungee Straps.

Fun fact: In 2016, a Dutch bike company printed television features on their shipping boxes to reduce product damage, so the airport staff would treat the box with more care and customers could have their ordered bike in really good conditions.

Soft cases are easier to carry and the material is more resistant and flexible.

The ONLY place to go when you have shipping challenges. I sent two antique chandeliers with hanging teardrop crystals around the lower lip. The crystals were attached by extremely old, thin metal not only did everything get there safely, but my sister said that the packing was Brillant so carefully done each part of the chandeliers were taken apart, received their own, wrapping in their own box. And the best part, I casually mentioned that my sister's birthday was the following Monday and I knew they couldn't get it there by then, but as soon as they could was fine with me. THEY HAD IT THERE ON HER BIRTHDAY!!!! also on the same day I sent Art to my daughter in Florida. Brilliantly packed as well. I will never ship anything of quality from anywhere but here.

This place is amazing! There's no MOQ (minimum order quantity), which is great for small business owner or you're just there for one time. If you do own a business, they offer tax exempt with proper documents provided. This is almost a one stop shop, it have everything from all different boxes and sizes, vinyl record mailer, poly mailer, packing materials, and more misc. Staff are very helpful. Cost is very reasonable, the more you buy, the more you'll save (mix and match). Price starts at single boxes price, bundle (25 boxes) price, and pallet price.

They have all of the different types of tape, package filling and dividers. Need Jewelry boxes? They have that too in regular carton brown color and in gold. The staff is very pleasant and helpful and found the size box that I needed. It's a bit of a drive from where I am located at, but this box store is complete in one's needs. I not an expert when it comes to the pricing for boxes, but I will pay for whatever I need.
